Designed purely for target shooting, plinking and small game hunting, the Kel-Tec PLR-22 is chambered for the popular and economical .22LR cartridge. Based on the PLR-16 pistol and sharing many parts including grip and sights, the PLR-22 is not a simple conversion kit, but rather a standalone firearm. It operates by blowback action and, like the SU-22, is enjoyably at home on the range. Includes one 26-round magazine.

The PLR-22 is perfect for situations that require long range .22 LR accuracy in a pistol platform. The PLR-22 is made of 4140 steel and high-strength, impact resistant Zytel. Although, Kel-Tec does not recommend suppressing the PLR-22, it features a 9″ threaded 1/2″-28 barrel to accommodate your choice of a compensator or flash hider.
