Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group Features

The Midwest Industries Black Nitride Bolt Carrier Group is an M-16 style carrier engineered to reduce carrier tilt and friction inside the upper receiver. The carrier is made from 8620 billet steel that is heat treated and given a Nitride finish. The bolt is made from 9310 steel, heat treated, shot peened, magnetic particle inspected and also has a Nitride finish. The gas key and cam pin are both made from 4140 steel with a Nitride finish. The gas key is properly torqued with Grade 8 fasteners and staked to ensure reliability. Firing pin precision machined from 17-4 H-900 Stainless Steel.
