Ruger American Compact 17HMR BL/SY 18-inch The Ruger American Compact 17HMR BL/SY is the 18-inch variant of the RUGER American Rimfire series of bolt action rifles. These rifles include a unique system of interchangeable stock modules (included). The different stock modules offer variable comb height options. Simply change stock modules by removing the rear sling swivel stud. (Customers note: Stock modules are interchangeable across all American Rimfire models.)
