40-year old design of Vernon Speer involves pouring molten lead into the jacket creating accurate hard-hitting bullets that hold together better because process eliminates lead oxide layer that’s found between core & jacket of conventional “cold core” bullets. Profiled jacket interior adds strength to bullet shank.
